I am trying to set up my organization's Zoom Event to include a fundraiser using Donations by Pledge. However, when I go to the Event Configuration tab on my event, I do not see the option to add a fundraiser to my event. Does my organization have to create an account with Pledge to be able to access this option?
I can access the Pledge app inside Zoom meetings I create, but it seems that the app is only tied to the personal account I have through my organization.
What step am I missing?
