Hi, I am creating a multi-session event and there will be eight different ticket types (Early bird/standard; standard/low income; and virtual/in-person). Is it possible to duplicate an existing ticket, including its customised registration questions, or do I have to fill out every field (including 9 custom registration questions) for all eight ticket types?
Thanks

I've discovered how to do this, if anyone else has the same question. In the Events navigation pane, go to Registration and Join/Links & Event Access and the option to set customised registration questions for all ticket types is in there. It would be helpful to have this information on the Support pages that explain how to customise for individual ticket types.

I have the same issue, I am trying to set up 7 different ticket types which all have the same customised questions. I followed the answer above and found that the ticket questions do not appear in any new ticket you try to set up in ticketing. Is there a way to save a template ticket?

Hi @ccscotland! Currently, creating a ticket template is not an option. However, when you create an event template, all the ticket settings are automatically saved. This means you’ll only need to set it up once for all future events.

You could use APIs to accomplish this. Essentially you would want to extract the ticket information including the customized registration questions and then post those to the new tickets created. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that can automate many tasks associated with Zoom events including creating tickets with the custom registration questions.
