We are doing a training workshop and will have 15-20 participants in it, who want to ask questions and offer thoughts. If we set the Viewing to "Speaker" it sill highlight only ONE of us who is talking at once. 1) How do we set it to keep BOTH of us onscreen even when 1 of us is talking? And then, 2) when a workshop participant speaks how does it go to THEM and come back to the two of us while we answer?
We've always used regular Meetings for this, not "Webinar". And we wish to record it for future use.
Advice?

When you say "workshop participant" is this an attendee or panelist? An attendee can be unmuted. They cannot turn on a camera, nor can you do it for them. If the person is a panelist, they can turn their camera on and unmute. You can always make someone a panelist in the meeting.

As the host, if you pin a video, it only affects your view. If you spotlight, it affects everyone's view. You can spotlight the two presenters and not worry about seeing people that ask questions.
