How do I keep the two of us (presenters) on screen at the same time ?

We are doing a training workshop and will have 15-20 participants in it, who want to ask questions and offer thoughts. If we set the Viewing to "Speaker" it sill highlight only ONE of us who is talking at once. 1) How do we set it to keep BOTH of us ...
