Embedding Links in Wix Website

Hi,  I am embedding a registration link for an upcoming meeting on my Wix website. The meeting registration page renders but after registration info is entered and I click submit, I get the error: us06web.zoom.us refused to connect.  Does anyone know how to fix this?
