Creating Additional Hub in Zoom Event

Bulent

I can't create an additional hub in Zoom Event. I googled and searched in Zoom, but all the answers  I found were outdated.  They brought me to the ‘How to set up additional Hubs’ topic in this link https://www.zoom.com/en/products/event-platform/resources/events-hub-best-practices/

But, my screen in Zoom Events is different from the screen shown in the link above.

Please help.

@Bulent Hi there, with the Unlimited license you can host as many events as you wish (as long as the actual event times do not overlap with one another). Essentially you can create a hub and build all of your events on that hub .etc

If you hold additional Unlimited licenses you can create more hubs and assign the license to that hub. Also the Unlimited license comes with regular webinar and you have all the premium features available  such as backstage, simulive, and more .etc

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Bulent. Sorry for the delay in answering.

A Zoom Events “Unlimited” license is in fact limited in many ways – in this case, it is limited to one hub.

See this Zoom Support article:

They don’t make it very clear here – to have to read between the lines. The only way you can create a second Hub if you only have Zoom Events Unlimited licenses is if you have multiple Zoom Events Unlimited licenses.

Zoom Unlimited licenses are, in my opinion, intended for an organization that produces events for its own organization. If you are producing events for multiple/outside groups, the Pay Per Attendee is more appropriate, since you can create multiple Hubs, and create events of varying sizes without worrying about whether your license will accommodate the number of attendees, and also avoids the concurrency issues outlined here which apply to Zoom Events Unlimited licenses:

Ray -- Happy holidays, everyone! I’m taking a few days (mostly) off. See you in 2025!
