We held a hybrid Zoom Events conference last year and some of our attendees struggled with the Registration process. This year we are thinking about Pre-Registering our attendees, not checking "Require Registration", but checking "Attendees will be required to authenticate at time of join".
Has anyone had experience with this set up? It seems like a more friction-free way for our attendees to join but possibly a bit less secure. If you used this setup, did you have any issues with 'bad actors' interrupting your sessions? Did you have attendees at your event who you didn't pre-register (attendees sharing their ticket with someone else)?

Hi @Amanda15 If your event is managed properly then noone should ever be able to interrupt your sessions. That is a matter of managing your zoom correctly. Joining and authenication options are flexbile are there are many options. happy to help if you need.

Thanks Denise, this is helpful input. Do you think you could give me some examples of 'managing your zoom correctly' so that I know if I am on the right page? Warmly, Amanda
