Zoom Docs Sharing

I am trying to share a folder and a document in Zoom docs.  I have tried via the Workplace and also via Zoom web access.  

For the document sharing in Zoom docs:

I am able to share the document with some external users but not all.  The oddest thing is that I can share with one user from an external org, but not a second user from that same org.  There does not appear to be a doc sharing security setting at the document level.

e.g. name1(at) domain.name works for sharing, BUT name2(at) domain.name cannot be shared too (why would this be the case with the same external domain?)

For the folder sharing in Zoom docs:

I am unable to share with external users (e.g. name2 (at) domain.name) even though my Security setting allows for sharing with external users.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing?  Any recommendations for what my tenant admins should be looking at?  Thanks!

1. For the document sharing in Zoom docs: Can you tell me how do you did this sharing?
2. For the folder sharing in Zoom docs: Can you give us more details about how do you did this sharing? And what do you mean by 'folder'? Do you mean a Shared folder or a folder within My docs or Shared folder?

I'm trying to share documents and folders in Zoom Docs for Farnborough Private Hire, but some users within the same domain are unable to access them due to permission issues.

• Document Sharing: What’s the best way to share a document in Zoom Docs? Are there specific settings I need to check?
• Folder Sharing: When sharing a folder, what’s the correct method? Should I use a Shared Folder, a folder within My Docs, or something else?

I've already checked Admin > Account Settings > External Collaboration, but the issue is still there. Any ideas on how to fix this?
