Running Sequoia 15.0 on 2020 Intel iMac. (previously ran Sanoma latest version.) Zoom Workplace app Version: 6.2.0 (40111) installed.

I had a free zoom account which worked fine except for 40 minute time limit. Updated to single Zoom Workplace account. Worked fine for two weeks, maybe 3 meetings. My internet connection is fine.

Updated to Sequoia, the next day went to start scheduled meeting I hosted but meeting failed to connect, either via app or online. Invitees with link were able to join meeting without me. I tried things, cycling Mac…  for an hour with no joy.

I also have MacBook Air 2024 silicon running Sequoia, Installed Zoom, doesn’t work same way.

Over next days tried many things including deleting and reinstalling Zoom app from links in Zoom page content, nothing. Then I noticed the download center. Downloaded and installed app , silicon for Air and Intel for iMac. Zoom worked after that on both.

Days later tried Zoom on iMac and same problem again, but Zoom still works on Air.

Noticed in iMac Network Firewall settings options, line item for “zoom.us.app" indicates “Incoming connections blocked”. I can’t figure out how to change… No option to + or - Zoom listing. Not sure of this firewall setting when it was working. Air Network Firewall settings options don’t have a listing for Zoom.

Thanks,
CTmax
