I need to prerecord a voicemail message I can drop into a prospect's voicemail when they don't answer. How do I make this happen?

I also need help with this. There seems to be no way to automatically send a voicemail when a user doesn't pick up. This feature would greatly benefit outbound call efficiency.

This would be a fantastic feature, cloud call offers it.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for taking the time to offer your input on Voicemail capabilities with ZCC. Currently, Zoom Contact Center offers an agent-based dialer that includes preview and progressive dialing algorithms.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I noticed it says that if a voicemail drop is acknowledge, it will play a pre-recorded message and then transfer to an agent.   Can i play the pre-recorded message and then hangup? could this happen automated, so the dailing agent doesn't have to stay on the line.  This would be a game changer.  Cloudcall and Outreach have similar service on their VOIP.

After using it extensively, I’ve found that ZCC Progressive Dialer falls short in several areas, and unfortunately, it doesn’t meet our needs as a replacement for our previous sales dialer that was able to do voicemail drops.
The idea is to keep our team from having to speak their voicemail message over and over, and when the voicemail drop is initiated, they can hang up and begin the next task.  The ZCC Progressive dialer’s answering machine detection is not great.  Loads of calls are passed to my agents, and they find that they’re being connected to a  voicemail box, not a human. They then have to wait and leave the voicemail anyway. The dialer is not doing the work for them in the expected way.

Zoom, we need a voicemail drop feature, ASAP!

Recording a voicemail drop message involves creating a pre-recorded voicemail that can be automatically delivered to recipients' voicemail inboxes without ringing their phones, often used in marketing or outreach campaigns.
