How to remove checks in invite options of OUTCALL

Hello, How can I remove checks from check boxes in the invite options of outcall??

My customers are not good at English and they can not press 1 to join into the meetings. It's desirable that they can just pick up my call and get into the meetings directly.

Hello @SIC

Can you elaborate the context? From where this "Outcalling" is happening? From the WebChat? The Agent manually calling out? etc.

With audio conference option.

using the zoom application, participants tab - invite - Call out tab.

When I click The Call out tab, there is two check boxes on the pop-up.

One is 'Require greeting before being connected' , and another is 'Require pressing1 before being connected.

But they are fixed to be on so that I can not turn off them. I want to turn off them.

Disregard below message, I just noticed it is a Contact Center and not a Meeting Post:

I think I know what you might be talking about: Is this for the "Call Me" option the Invitee gets to make Zoom to Audio Call them instead of them joining via VoIP or Dial-in?

If this is the case, on your Zoom Portal Settings there is something you can check:

"Personal Zoom Portal > PERSONAL > Settings > Audio Conferencing" and scroll down to the option "Call Me and Invite by Phone"

  • If you see that enabled and grayed-out, you need to talk with your Zoom Admin because it must be Lock-Enabled at the Zoom Group or Zoom Account level and you won't be able to unlocked.
  • If not Locked, you should be able customized it to disable it as needed.

Not sure if this is what you were asking for but check your settings and test it changing the settings to see if this gets where you want to be.

So @SIC , I doubt there is a provisioning in the Zoom Contact Center portal to disable that option about "Press 1 to connect"; it is more like a compliance features than anything else.

I would strongly suggest to open a ticket with Zoom Support as they might have a special request option to disable that for you, if that is at all a possibility.

I don't think I can help more on this subject but maybe somebody from Zoom directly might provide a better insight on the matter.
