Contact center no creating tickets in Zendesk

Contact center is not creating tickets in Zendesk if a customer leaves a voicemail. Our agents have to manually create tickets after answering a call. We had this option in dialpad, grasshopper, and ring central. Is this not an available option in Zoom?

I'm happy to see you in the Zoom Community. Contact Center with Zendesk integration currently does not support this functionality. I would recommend submitting Feedback so that our product design team will be notified.

Thank you for the prompt response. We will be moving our users back to dialpad.
