I was trying to trim a recording of a lot of dead space at the end. Pushed the button, and realized I saved the dead space and lost the meeting itself.
Is there a way to reverse the process or recover the original recording from the cloud?

Hi Hatman, welcome to Zoom Community.
If 30 days have not passed after recording, you can request the original video through a support ticket at this link:
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/new-request?id=new_request&sys_id=cb06ab4b8702255089a37408dabb3555
It is important that the host of the meeting that was recorded is the one who requests the ticket.

Hi Hatman.
If you consider it appropriate, can we point to the last answer as a solution?

Hello,
How to restore a trimmed cloud recording
Note: Restoring the original recording removes its trimmed version permanently.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Recording.
- Click the Cloud recordings tab.
- Click the meeting topic for the trimmed cloud recording you want to restore, then click the thumbnail of the recording.
Your browser will open a new tab that plays the recording and displays the audio transcript on the right side of the page. - Below the recording playback, click Restore.
A confirmation window will appear. - In the window, click Restore to confirm.
The original recording will be restored and you'll be redirected to the original recording.
Regards
