Good morning,

 

since the introduction of the marketplace I cannot use virtual backgrounds anymore. I have installed the virtual backgrounds app and tried to select a background from the selection displayed left hand in the meeting screen. Next, it tries to download the according packet, which fails with no specific error message/description: Download fehlgeschlagen/Download failed. I am using the German language with the latest version of the client on MAC OS  12.2.1, which has been reinstalled from the scratch. I don't think it matters, but I start Zoom with Firefox 97.0.1.

 

Has anyone else this problem or a solution? I need this feature urgently for data protection purposes,

Market place button

Hello,

 

I can't activate the marketplace button in parameters. Zoom tells me that is blocked by administrator. The problem is that we have no administrator. I am the account owner. What can i do ?

In our product we need users to get guidance from experts and experts will send some custom design widgets to users so users can interact with them during zoom calls. At the moment when we join the zoom meeting, we're getting a fixed UI design. So the question is can we design our unique UI by just using zoom video functionality, we would like to have our own buttons designed for joining, screen sharing, leaving meetings, etc.

The Outlook (web) Zoom add-in does not work when I'm signed into my Google account on Chrome but it works fine if I use Chrome as a guest.

When I select Add a Zoom meeting in my outlook calendar invite, the Zoom add-in just hangs.

When selecting Zoom settings from the calendar invite, it also hangs.

I've tried removing the add-in and adding it back. I've had our IT dept look at it and they couldn't figure it out other than telling me it has something to do with my being logged into my gmail account.

I need to be logged in so I can sync my bookmarks etc.

Can anyone help?

I have a user who is trying to sign into Zoom using their Google account, they're able to via the website but then they try to sign in using Google through the Outlook Add-in they receive the attached message. I have enabled less secure add-ins within Chrome but the issue is still occurring, has anyone seen this before?

in the third Meeting generate the lin like this:

with these 2 Meetings that we have. We are using the link for the url schemas in zoom and it works without problems, but the other url (Third Meeting) cannot be used for the zoom schema since I have problems opening them directly in the mobile browser, in order to launch the mobile app of zoom

How can I solve this problem?
Any account settings?

I have got an managed account for zoom with 100 basic licences and 20 paid licences. I want to create an api-key for moodle but I have a problem withit.

Moodle is able to create zoom meeting within a plugin. But if I create with my admin account the API-Key, it is possible to create meeting for each user in my managed account. I only want to create an API-Key for a specified user. (eg.: ***********)

 

The user is not be able to create his own API-Key, because its a managed account. So I hope, someone can help me 🙂
