I am having trouble getting the connection between my Salesforce account and Zoom account established.

I installed the latest Zoom app through the Salesforce App Exchange and created a JWT token.  I copied the `Zoom API Key` and `Zoom API Secret` into the `Zoom Credentials Settings` in the `Zoom Config` app in Salesforce.  But when I go to Authorize, I just get directed to https://applications.zoom.us/salesforce/authSuccess that continues to hang.

We have Zoom integrated in CSOD LMS. This is generating meeting link upon anyone registering for the session in the form of a meeting invite, and when someone clicks the meeting link (generated automatically), they are able to get in to the Zoom meeting room.

My worry is, after attending session, the attendance does not seem to flow back to LMS. I have made sure we have Desktop App for Zoom, with the same email address on Zoom and CSOD, staging integration disabled. But still no success. Any suggestion/ recommendation will be helpful. Thanks

I didn't want to extend the automatic user account plan, but on February 12, my credit card was charged $176.88 with taxes. I want my chart of accounts canceled and the payment refunded. There was a big earthquake in Turkey and our business plans changed. After February 6, I could not follow the account due to dealing with charity work.

Zoom (Mac app) does this incredibly annoying thing every time I use the Hubspot CRM Zoom app. It dings (like an error / notification sound) every time I type something new into the notes. People on the other end ask me if I've somewhere else to be and I have to reassure them no, but obviously I'd really rather the beeps didn't happen and I could silently take those notes! Can anyone put me straight on how to fix this?

Hi colleagues,

We have been using Incoming Webhook for months. Since 12/17 we noticed that some channel connections become invalid: webhook request returns status code 400 and error "No channel or user can be found with the given to_jid". I "regenerate" token, it helps, but after hours it could happen again. Or continue working. Or stop working again with the same error later.

Did anyone face the same problem? What is the reason? How to resolve it? We didn't changed anything using webhook on our side. I couldn't be sure that i'll not miss some important notification, but always regenerate token is just a temporary solution, it makes me really wistful

I have 2 facebook groups connected that I can live stream to, however I can't connect a third group and I can't find anywhere on how to do this.

Hopefully someone from the Zoom team can provide a guidance how to deal with the email that the app's owner gets (attached to the post)

We already filled out the TDD form and submitted our app for re-approval. Even got the approval from the Zoom Marketplace team.

Should our team just ignore the letter or make some additional actions? We definetely don't want to be removed from the marketplace because of that reason

my aim is to register participants via a Pardot form to a zoom webinar. All communication should be sent exclusively via Pardot. 

Initially, I created everything as described here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206003126-Using-Zoom-Webinars-for-Pardot 

After submitting the Pardot form the participant is registered in the mentioned Pardot list, also I see the registration in Zoom. However, I do expect that the personal link is created in the field webinar_join_link in Pardot. Unfortunately, this field stays empty in Pardot. Anyone an idea?
