Live Streaming - Can't connect to a group

Hi, I have 2 facebook groups connected that I can live stream to, however I can't connect a third group and I can't find anywhere on how to do this. Why won't livestream connect to this other group? https://www.loom.com/share/41b196967f2944f69656f05c...
