In Salesforce when a user has multiple open browser tabs and makes a zoom phone call from one of them, the zoom phone window is being opened not only in the tab where the user started the call, but also in all other open Salesforce browser tabs.
Therefore, when the user finishes the call in the tab, where it was initiated and closes the zoom phone window there, the user also has to click through all other tabs to close Zoom Phone there as well.
Is there a way to avoid it?

Is there a solution or workaround? Our contact center users always have multiple salesforce tabs open viewing different records so we do need the screen pop settings on for 0, 1 or multiple matches, but it should pop a new tab for the inbound call regardless of the 0 1 or multiple matches, and not change any of the other existing salesforce tabs. It works this way in Salesforce Classic but not in Salesforce Lightning

I'm following this to see if there's a solution. We're having similar issues with Zoom Phone in Salesforce Lightning. Zoom Phone is popping the utility bar Phone item on ring and the record page in the existing window/tab, even though the Zoom Phone for Lightning Call Handling setting is "answer" and the Salesforce Softphone Layout sceen pop setting is a "new browser window or tab."
