Hi! I am working with a Zoom integration with our application, but when it comes to authorize our App, the Zoom administration gets this message:
"you cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions"
The administrator told us that he is and administrator, first he had a "Free" license then he changed to a licensed from Zoom, both cases, the application could not be authorized.
The Instructions from zoom are shown in the message: Account Management --> View and Edi the "Sub Account management"
But the user doesn't have this "Sub account" menu in his portal.
Can someone help us to authorize the application ? which permissions may be missing?

It's likely that you don't have the Sub accounts feature, but have checked off Sub account related scopes for your integration. If you don't need to manage Sub Accounts via the integration, make sure that you uncheck all the scopes related to Sub accounts. I encountered this same issue -- removing the scopes allowed me to authorize the app/integration.
