Pardot-Zoom integration not working for Custom Questions

Hi, I tried to Integrate Zoom with Pardot, Integration was successful but it is not working for Custom Questions. Required support on below points, 

• Prospect first name, last name, email error ex: tester api
• Custom Questions Data not syncing to Pardot (I have created Custom field in Pardot and followed all the steps in documentation mentioned (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068276)

Im unable to contact Zoom Support directly, could you please help resolving this issue.
