The AI generated transcripts of recordings put timestamps in the middle of sentences, and overall there are far too many timestamps. Is there a way to turn off the timestamp generation for the .vtt auto generated transcript?

Hi @BoostMRC
No, not currently possible with the transcript generation from Zoom.
Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Is there a prospect of being able to adjust time stamps to user choice, say every 5 minutes? Will Zoom developers look at this options?

Agree - I want to adjust time stamps to say every 5 minutes. Otherwise, it is just as time-consuming removing timestamps and white space from a .vtt file that is pasted into word, than it is to type from scratch. The transcript is very accurate - the best around - but without any additional features, this feature is not as relevant and help and useful as it could be.
