I am not sure, I understand your use case completely. Could you provide some more detail?

Otherwise, you can record a meeting to the cloud and have it transcribed (make sure that the correct option is activated in the web settings before starting the meeting).

Alternatively you can activate captions during the meeting and download the transcript from the full transcript view before ending the meeting.
