Several weeks ago I checked the box to create audio transcript for my meeting recordings and it's been working great until today when my meeting/recording did not transcribe. I have the video and audio files but no transcript files. I looked in settings and found that the check-box was not checked and the ability to check it was locked by admin. How did this box become unchecked and why do I no longer have the ability to check it? Is there a way to get my transcript (from the existing recording) if the create audio transcript function is enabled? Thank you!

Dear @dprimeaux ,
your admin seems to have disabled the setting for you, and locked it so that you cannot change it.
You would need to discuss this with your admin.
