Help! Ai companion glitch

My zoom is now narrating EVERYTHING from starting video, stopping video, people joining zoom etc.  I checked the accessibility options in zoom and screen reader is turned off, I think it is the ai companion.. I cannot access settings for that but it's really disruptive to the call.  Can anyone figure out how to fix this?

Hi @Jade8 👋 By narrating are you referring to captions or audible narrations? Also, are you the admin of your account?
