Ai on Paid Account

I have a pro account and on my admin I have follwed and took this step:

- Log in to and update your Zoom client: Go to your Zoom client and make sure you’re logged in. Also check to make sure your client is updated (minimum version 5.16.0 required). >> Done
- Go to your web portal account settings (click “Settings” in the left panel) and look for the AI Companion tab. For features that have user-level settings, you’ll be able to turn each capability on and off. >> I do not see this option? Anything I can do?

Hi @shahedny
Looked up your account details and found that you selected the option indicating your account provides educational services to children under the age of 18. Due to this, AI Companion features are not yet available for your account.

Sorry about that @shahedny . My view of your account may have caused the confusion. At this point, I am not sure exactly why you don't have access, so I would recommend contacting Zoom support directly so they can look into the exact reason.
