AI Companion Setup Issue

When I open Settings AI Companion it is set to do summaries BUT it says "locked by admin". As I am the only user/owner on the account surely I am the admin? It also appears I can't access the summary from my first meeting using companion and suspect the same issue applies.

 

I have received an email with the summary but need to change that setting as I don't want other participants to receive the summary by email. Again Locked by admin applies.

 

Chatbot a total waste of time. Doesn't understand anything I ask.

Hi @Adeptbusgrowth 

Please be sure you are checking these settings on the Account Settings page, rather than trying to adjust these settings at your user-level Settings page. There you should be able to unlock the settings and enable them for use on your account.
