recovering a permanent deleted recording from empty trash

Hi all

one of my users seems to have deleted cloud recordings and emptied the trash - any way to recover those

@rangel Meeting recordings are deleted permanently 24 hours after being emptied from the trash. If it has been less than 24 hours, please contact Zoom support with the meeting ID, date, and time to see if it can be recovered.
