Webinar didn't record. How to recover?

When setting up my webinar, I selected "Automatically record to the cloud." However, once the webinar concluded, the recording was not there and the "automatically record" was not selected.

I would assume that Zoom has the recording somewhere - How can I recover my webinar?

Hi @megancohen
If you can not see the recording in your list, then it is likely that it was not recorded. Among thousands of recordings made by Zoom, technical problems can cause some to be lost.
I always recommend that you also take a backup local recording.
If the automatic recording was not selected, I regret that Zoom would not record.

I once failed to record properly and had to persuade the speaker to record it again. It was no easy.
Sorry for your problems

All the best

I did not set automatically record to the cloud. I was the host. I saw someone recorded it. how can I find who recorded it or the zoom has recording though I did not select automatically record tot he cloud.

Same thing happened to me. I have all meetings set to auto-record to the cloud. The AI Companion part worked, but no recording!!!

I guess next time I'll duplicate the recording locally, didn't know you could do both. Thought cloud was safer... guess not.
