Admins can prohibit file transfers by type of file. We support many of the types in your example: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlxs, and lots more. Please check your account and group setting controls in the admin portal to ensure that you're not restricted from sending file types due to security, risk, and compliance management.
Thanks for the reply. The question is what file types can be viewed *without dowloading* them, like we can with JPG files. We want to view PDFs or DOCs without first downloading them. Do you know what file types can be viewed within Zoom Teams Chat?
