Hi @ecc1, and welcome to the Zoom Community! Do you mind letting us know what confirmation email you're referring to?

We get a message that Zoom doesn't recognize our device. So it sends a confirmation # to our registered email, but it does not arrive. Nor is it in spam.

We are having the same issue with about 4 accounts. Has there been a solution found to help with this

YES we found a solution. Our confirmation code was going straight to TRASH, where it sat for ten minutes before disappearing. So try again, go straight to the trash and see if the code is there! 

That did not help me. It simply didn't work.
