Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

I’m having the same issue I registered for a zoom meeting and got the registration acknowledgment but then didn’t get the confirmation log in email I’ve checked spam and it’s not there it’s happened to me now 3 times all the last 3 meeting registrations… 

Joey: we found it in the "TRASH" folder. Try again and look there - it disappears after 10 mins.

We get a message that Zoom doesn't recognize our device. So it sends a confirmation # to our registered email, but it does not arrive. Nor is it in spam.

Hi,

 

If you are sharing a Zoom account and Zoom thinks it is coming from an unusual IP address  other than the Zoom account holder it will send a verification email one-time passcode (OTP)  as a security procedure.

This email will be sent to the registered email of the account holder as sharing of Zoom accounts is against the TOS.

We are having the same issue with about 4 accounts. Has there been a solution found to help with this

YES we found a solution. Our confirmation code was going straight to TRASH, where it sat for ten minutes before disappearing. So try again, go straight to the trash and see if the code is there! 

That did not help me. It simply didn't work.

Hello,

 

If you are unable to receive emails from Zoom, including notifications and activation emails, you can use the following information to troubleshoot.

 

Account-related notifications will come from no-reply @Anonymous.us.
Support ticket emails will come from support @zoomus. zendesk.com.
While most mail servers receive Zoom's emails within a few minutes, some mail servers may take 30 minutes or longer.

 

If your email is managed by your organization, you can ask them to ensure
no-reply @Anonymous .us, as well as the following IP addresses, are allowed by your company's email server:

I don’t have anything in spam I checked twice and tried twice to register and it said I was but I got no email confirmation registration log in information email (I get the immediate confirmation that I’m registered) but then no email with the log in info again there’s nothing in

spam
