Certificates cannot be verified

We recently switched our on-prem Exchange server to Exchange 365.  Since then, our Polycom Studio X50 keeps trying to connect to our old mail server.  I tried factory resetting and re-enrolling the device into one of our Zoom rooms which didn't help.  Where can I make the server change in the admin console?

 Calendar integrations are started here  https://zoom.us/calendar in your Zoom Rooms tab on the account. You can also check in your account settings > calendar and contacts to make sure that your account users and Zoom Rooms are hitting the proper exchange URL.
