hi deenass,

May be a problem with the zoom client or the windows pc.

  1.   Please use cleanzoom to completely remove zoom windows client and then reinstall zoom client.

Comment désinstaller Zoom - Service clientèle

After completely removing zoom from windows pc, install latest zoom client.  As of November 23, 2023, the latest client is 5.16.10.

If possible, used a wired connection to the pc by connecting the pc directly to the router.

The issue may be a lack of windows pc resources such as available memory and cpu.  You can use task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) to see what is happening on pc.  If pc resources have high usage, close unnecessary programs and web browsers while using zoom meetings or zoom phone.
