Zoom Phone Widget - can't move the window

Started recently, perhaps version 5.16.1, we're starting to see the following.  Once the Windows 10 Zoom Widget is opened, it can't be moved on the screen.  The functions all work, and it can be closed.  The window, however is unmovable.  If the user moves to a new machine, the widget works.  But once this starts happening on a machine, it isn't unrecoverable and will keep happening.  We've tried logging off, and reinstalling.  Anyone see this?  Any suggestions?  We have just opened a case too.

Support suggested that for Windows that not everything is removed when the application is uninstalled.  So, they suggested that we "remove Zoom completely" using this process: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-Uninstalling-and-reinstalling-the-Zoom-applicati...

Run CleanZoom to remove Zoom completely

To remove Zoom completely, including any configuration files, run CleanZoom on your device.

  1. Download and run CleanZoom (updated July 25, 2023).
Note: Use of the clean uninstaller will completely remove the Zoom desktop client, as well as the Zoom plugin for Outlook. The Outlook add-in, Chrome/Firefox extensions, and Google Workspace add-on are unaffected.
  2. Once completed, download Zoom from our download center and reinstall.

Following this fixed our issue.
