We have recently integrated Zoom with our ServiceNow instance and the team handling phone calls in the workspaces area has advised the Zoom Contact Center UI takes up a large portion of the screen and closing the phone while on a call has caused issues for some. You can drag it and move it to another part of the existing window, but is there an option to pop it out into it's own window?

We found a setting under the Contact Center management integration section. Tick the box labeled CTI Pop out window Allow agents to pop out CTI. Once done the agent will just need to make sure they have the Zoom Contact Center CTI extension add in and change their settings to open in separate window. Once they log out and back in the Zoom CC will be in a separate window allowing them to have full view of their ServiceNow workspace while taking calls.
