Trying to set our company name as the outbound caller id name according to this support article.
It says, "In the Caller ID Name section, click Change next to the current caller ID name."
I cannot find "Caller ID Name". Please see screenshot. Where is the section referred to in the support article?

Actually, I just followed the instructions in the How to change the main company or site caller ID name section. I think you probably were looking at the How to change the main company number section nearer the top. Regardless, glad you got it fixed!
No. I was looking at the correct section.
In the section, "How to change the main company or site caller ID name", step 3 says "Click Account Settings". "Account Settings" is linked to the Account Settings tab.
This is not correct.
Caller ID Name is in the Company Info tab, not the Account Settings tab.
Hey, @Gus_Lippolis. The good news for me is that anyone who has done enough navigation of Zoom Phone to have successfully deployed Multisite will probably have the faith to find it on their own with the right inspiration -- to carry the metaphor a bit farther. Glad you found your way!
