Calls not dialing out

Has anyone else experienced difficulty dialing certain numbers? We've noticed that some calls result in a 'Call cannot be completed' message, but when we try the same number on our personal phones, the call goes through without any issues.

Are the numbers you are dialing recently ported?

Presume you are able to dial other numbers without issue.

No these are numbers we have been using for a while now. Some ported and some directly from Zoom. We are able to dial out to other numbers without issues but when calling a therapist or private hospital, we experience not being able to dial out.
