I cannot text an International phone number on my zoom app even though my settings are enabled

I keep receiving an error message that it won't send through. The international texting has been enabled with all countries selected. How do I get it to successfully send?

Hi Fornaromi,

Please follow the steps below: 

Account management -> Billing -> Look for Zoom Phone -> Click "View/Edit Countries/Regions" -> Go to SMS then enable the countries you want your user to be able to send SMS to.
