camera crashing

Hi everyone! My camera keeps freezing and going black 5-10 minutes after class starts. The camera works fine on all other websites. I have tried installing the new Zoom for Chromebooks app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the computer, and ensured the Chromebook has all it's updates.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Check for Camera app update in Windows Store. Launch Windows Store, click on your Profile on top right of Windows Store, and select Download and Updates. Now click Check for updates, to see if any update available for Camera app. Once update is installed, open Camera app to see if problem still persist.
