Why my Zoom account suddenly changed from Pro to Basic

I have a similar issue...maybe...I had a free educator account, but then started paying for one to have extra support, and today everything has been changed. The Zoom on my doc changed, the backgrounds changed to those I used with a separate college account I worked for...something is weird today. I've submitted help tickets, but all they've sent me is irrelevant information. I have more classes to teach today, so I'm really frustrated. The kicker is that I was teaching Spanish for the college, and those are the backgrounds that are showing up ... but I'm teaching RUSSIAN on my own account, and those backgrounds are all gone. Obviously I can add them, but that takes time etc.

I have the same problems, since yesterday 28 Oct'21. Before was fine with Account Pro 100 User 1 Year Plan and suddenly It's become now Account Basic? Very weird.

Can someone explain me, why this case happened?
