My computer is:


Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G870 @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz
RAM ‏‏‎8.00 GB

the background feature doesn't work. blur feature doesn't show at all...

what's the problem? once it worked  perfectly and now stopped.

what could be the problem?
