User ID does not exist

As a teacher, I have to hop onto multiple zoom meetings which have all been working except for one meeting.  The one that is not working is saying my user ID does not exist but the same user works for others?

Hi @shmcd thank you for your question here in the Zoom Community! May I ask a few quick questions:

- do you possibly have a screen shot of the error? As well as when you see the error come up?

- is this a meeting you scheduled or someone else's meeting?

- have you ever been able to join this meeting ID?
