Add names to the Invite panel

When I invite people to a zoom meeting, I click Invite and then I see a panel with some names. I see 8 names, not always the same. My colleague just checked, and she sees 12 names. The person I talk most often with is not among those 8. I have to type the name in the search to get to his name and it's a common name, so it takes some time to get him. I would like to know how I can control the names on this panel. Can I add someone permanently? 

Our tech support told me to add h8im to the 'Contacts' on zoom, I did, but he still does not show on the Invite pop-up. 

Does someone know how to do that?  (see attached image)
