Webinar series with different panelists for each session?

I recently ran a series of webinars over multiple days and because we had many attendees, I set it up as a recurring event to ensure the webinar link stayed the same for all sessions.

Each session had multiple panelists at different times, but I could not invite people to be a panelist for just one session. This led to a few awkward moments because panelists didn't just have one email with their panel time, they had an emai with the full list of sessions and could join at any time. Some of them clicked in to "test" the link while another presentation was happening.

Is there a way, in the future, to reuse the same webinar link but to add panelists only to their particular session at their session time?

Is this something Zoom Sessions or Events can handle? It seems like an overkill solution.

Both Zoom Sessions and Zoom Events allow Panelist or Speakers to be assigned independently for each session.

Additionally, both solutions make it easier for users to join the different sessions.

I had the same challenge as you did.  The convenience of one link for my attendees is a pro but the challenges with the different panelists and their ability to enter any session was a problem.  I only do this 2 times a year with less than 200 attendees so the need to upgrade to these more expensive options listed below seems unreasonable.  Just because something is recurring surely doesn't mean it is the exact same content and presenters.  Their only answer is to add and remove panelists right before the session.  That makes me nervous to have those extra steps and forget... but it may be what I have to do.

The other frustration was not being able to customize the title of each webinar in the recurring sessions, so looking at the list of webinars was all the same name... Seems like there should be a little more flexibility here
