enabling webinar breakout rooms

I have upgraded my zoom pro account to webinar in one month mode for using the breakout room, but I find the prerequisite to enable the breakout room is Zoom Events or Zoom Sessions license.  Can I buy zoom events licensee in one month mode now to enable the breakout room in webinars?

Based on the info at https://zoom.us/pricing/events, Events licenses can be purchased on a monthly basis.
