Following @iambobsat's recent post highlighting the productivity boost Zoom Scheduler brings to busy teams, I wanted to share another customer story that showcases the platform's surprising versatility.
During a recent meeting, I encountered a customer who expressed high interest in Zoom Scheduler, but for another use case. Their need involved creating meeting schedules for someone else – think executive assistants scheduling meetings for their CEOs.
This scenario might not be the first that comes to mind when considering Zoom Scheduler, but the beauty lies in its adaptability. The solution? Team Schedules. This feature allows you to create a central hub for a group's meetings. This is perfect for assistants who manage the calendars of executives or other team members. They can easily schedule meetings directly on the team calendar, ensuring everyone's availability is accounted for.
But now, there is a new feature available for account and group admins that will empower them to not only create One to One schedules for themselves but also for other users within their account or group. This means assistants can leverage Zoom Scheduler's seamless integration to effortlessly manage their executives' calendars, eliminating the back-and-forth emails and ensuring a streamlined scheduling process.
