Changing Video Settings -- Help!

I have viewed instructions and videos for changing video settings. They all refer to a little green Video icon under Settings. However, under my Settings, I have nothing of the kind. Nothing that refers to Video Settings and no little green camera icon. Is this because I'm a 'Basic' user? Do I not have access to this feature? My system requirements for my Mac OS are fine, so that's not it. Any help appreciated!

Are you able to start a Zoom Meeting and click the up-caret (^) next to the camera icon that says 'stop video' or 'start video'? This will bring up the following dialogue, which includes 'video settings...':

You should be using the Zoom application (client) for Mac and not Zoom via web browser.
