Why it is so difficult to find an email that I can correspond with Zoom billing and payment department? I cannot find any email address except the one I RECEIVED [***********]. However upon replying to it, it is always mail unreached. 

I have entered all known possible contacts page for billing but not able to find any email direct to Zoom billing and payment. The chatbox also not able to give me one. Please help.

Hi @peterchanwl and welcome to the Zoom Community! Our Support and Billing team does not have a direct email, however you can reach them by signing into your Zoom account and selecting "Submit a request" or "My Requests" at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/contact?id=contact_us
