purchasing a once-off large meeting add-on for Zoom One Pro

Last year, I purchased a once-off add-on to increase my meeting capacity to 300 (from the 100 limit). Is this no longer possible?

There’s no 300-attendee add-on; the 300-attendee limit applies to Business accounts. On a Pro account, there is a Large Meeting 500 add-on, accessible from the pricing page (https://zoom.us/pricing): 

For occasional use, I recommend getting the one month non-recurring license:
