problem with payment billing methods

I need to pay Zoom's installments this month, but I don't know why it doesn't want to withdraw the installments and refuses the payment process that I use every month.
Knowing that I paid the previous months using the same payment method
Because I tried so many times, I can't even change the payment method
He also refuses to pay directly from my Visa card, and I used more than one Visa card, and the result is the same
