I have paid for my zoom account for the year ending in September but I have received a discounted code from my Kingdom Hall but cannot put it in. Can you help me so that I can get my refund for the year?

They will be able to assist you in resolving the billing issue. When you open a ticket, please make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.
